“Christina doesn’t just teach, she inspires!! With her guidance, I have discovered a passion and talent I didn’t even know I had! A wealth of knowledge that she readily shares (there is more than one way to do everything), always available for questions or advice, presents a warm and friendly studio bringing like-minded people together (new friends!) and, most importantly, Christina is an amazing person to be around and talk to. Starting classes at Azure Arts was the best decision.” - Mindy R., Maryland, NY
“I've been taking classes at Azure Arts since 2020 and the studio has become my home away from home full of laughter and creativity. It's a great environment to grow and refine your skills and make friends along the way. The small class sizes are great for getting to know people. Many of my classmates have become close friends and it's always so fun to see what everyone creates. Christina is a wonderful teacher who's technical knowledge never ceases to amaze. She strikes a great balance between guiding you through techniques and letting you explore on your own. Classes are definitely my favorite part of the week!” - Jenny S., Cooperstown, NY
“I love the fun, drama-free atmosphere and the support and praise we give to each other and get from Christina during our pottery classes. I look forward to class every week! Christina lets us play and experiment, while also guiding us and somehow sensing when we get frustrated and need extra help. I’m in awe with the progress that I have made over the last year, and I can’t wait to see what she will help me to make in the future!” - Ellen P, Fly Creek, NY
“During the pandemic, I really struggled with being shut off from my normal outlets of stress relief. I found myself really craving a place that I could go and be safe but have some time for just myself. Azure Arts has provided me with that safe space. Christina is warm and inviting and makes you feel as though you matter in her art world. My Wednesday classes are a respite from the day to day grind and the friends I have made are a bonus! Christina is patient with all of us and champions our wins and shrugs off our fails. While I am not creating pottery wheel masterpieces, I am blessed to have found Azure Arts." -Karyn R., Ilion, NY
"Christina has provided an oasis of creativity at azure arts. I've never been so thrilled and challenged at the same time. It's 2-1/2 hours of intense concentration and laughter too. It is amazing therapy. Plus, I know I can approach her with any crazy idea and she works with me!" - Jodi P., Richfield Springs, NY
“I HIGHLY recommend this pottery experience! It was the a great value, perfect amount of time (not too long, not too short), and a TON of fun! Christina provided a great balance of instruction and guidance versus autonomy; and also a great balance of talking and conversation vs listening to music/quiet. No previous pottery experience was needed to have a great time and make a great product! We will definitely be back for more in the future, and I can't wait to see our finished product!” - Emily N., Tonawanda, NY
“I highly recommend this experience! It was fantastic. Christina is knowledgeable and easy to talk to (not to mention an amazing human). She had a wonderful way of explaining techniques and their whys, along with providing a different way of doing a step if you were struggling. The time flew by and it was a great time. 11/10!” - Jess C., Johnson, VT
“Coming from a couple who has never done pottery before, this was such an amazing experience to learn something new. Having a great instructor like Christina who’s been doing this for years was awesome because she explained everything thoroughly and made the process super fun to learn. It was a beautiful location and her workshop is unique and comforting, we will definitely be back!” - Matthew Q., Boston, MA
“My wife and I along with another couple did the date night package. We had a really fun time. Christina was awesome. She ran us through the entire process and then basically turned us loose to make our creations. She was always quick to help fix anything that could be fixed. She was very fun, which allowed us to have a lot of fun making our projects. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking to do something different and out of their comfort zone. I went in not knowing how much fun I’d have, to leaving having a fantastic time. 10/10 would recommend!” - Craig H., Springfield, NY
“I had an amazing experience here!! First time ever using a pottery wheel and Christina had me feeling immediately confident. She was extremely funny, patient and great at instructing.
