Give yourself a night out or join up with friends or family at the studio! This new workshop is geared toward individuals, not just private groups. Once a month, we bring together people from the community and afar to learn or expand their wheel throwing skills. What a great way to meet people from the local area! We love teaching beginners the nuances of making pots and thrive on sharing new techniques with people. We’re ready to meet you where you are in your pottery journey this one night a month. Whether you’ve never touched clay in your life or you can already call yourself a wheel thrower, everyone can have a night of fun and “play.” For those who have thrown before or return monthly, we will introduce a new “surprise” technique each session. This is 100% the evening getaway you crave. Reserve a night focused on you, and try something new; whatever your reason, we’ll have the clay ready and be at the door awaiting your arrival for a sensational night out. Immerse yourself in all things pottery. Ages 17 and up.
2026 dates: January 17th, March 21st, April 11th, May 16th, June 20th, July 18th, August 8th, September 19th, October 17th, November 21st, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
$70 per person for one monthly workshop. This fee includes all instruction, materials, tools, and the finishing, glazing, and firing of one piece per workshop. We can also arrange to ship the finished piece to you anywhere within the contiguous United States. Note that shipping is not included in the workshop fee. If you are local to the studio, we will arrange for you to pick up your pieces once they are ready to go home. All pieces will be finished and fired twice within 4-8 weeks from the workshop date.
