Need to get away from the everyday stuff? Bring the family and try something new. The kids won’t mind playing with a bit of mud, right? Show up in some casual clothes, and we’ll show you how to make pottery with raw clay, whether on the pottery wheel or one of several ways to build with clay by hand.
$85/person for the 2-hour workshop, which includes both wheel throwing and hand building. This fee includes all materials, glazing, and firing of two pieces per individual. We will also be happy to arrange shipping of finished pieces to you. If you are local to the studio, we will arrange for you to pick up your pieces once they are ready to go home. All pieces will be finished and fired twice within 4-8 weeks from the workshop date.
The group size is a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 9 people. Children must be 8 years or older, and a reservation must be made for each member of the family who will be participating and will be present at the workshop.
